''Cliniodes costimacula'' is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hampson in 1913. It is found in the Andes of Bolivia and Peru and also in Venezuela. The length of the forewings is 11–13 mm for males and about 12 mm for females. The forewings are yellow, the extreme base with a black spot. The antemedial line consist of three black dots and the postmedial line is faint brown. The postmedial area is orange brown. The hindwings are pale yellow with a pale yellow anal area in males and dark greyish brown in females.
